Privacy Policy

This policy explains the main data CloneTok uses to provide account, billing, and generated video features.

Account data

CloneTok stores your email, subscription status, Stripe customer reference, and generation history so the app can authenticate you, manage billing, and show your completed swaps.

Media uploads

Uploaded photos, source clips, and generated videos are stored in private project storage and are accessed through short-lived signed URLs when the app or generation provider needs them.

Payments

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. CloneTok stores Stripe IDs and plan state, not full payment card details.

Service providers

The service uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Stripe for billing; and generation APIs for video processing.

Retention

Account and generation records are retained while your account is active or as needed for billing, support, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
