Terms of Service
These terms explain how CloneTok subscriptions, generated videos, account access, and acceptable use work.
Service
CloneTok lets users upload or import media to create avatar-style cloned videos. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the media and faces you use.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal. Upgrades are applied immediately with prorated billing when Stripe supports it. Cancellations keep access until the end of the current paid period unless Stripe reports otherwise.
Usage quota
Each generation reserves one clone from your monthly quota. Failed or canceled jobs may return reserved quota. Completed jobs consume quota for the billing period in which they were started.
Generated videos
Generated outputs are stored in private project storage and delivered through signed download links. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it.
Acceptable use
Do not use CloneTok to impersonate people without permission, create deceptive or harmful content, violate platform rules, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Availability
The service depends on third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, and generation APIs. Features may change, fail, or be temporarily unavailable.
Contact
For account, billing, or rights questions, contact the CloneTok operator through the support channel provided in the app or checkout receipt.
